PHP CSS isn't working on it for some reason. Will find out why and fix shortly. Until then it'll all be monotonous colours and no decoration.

No..? I think it went down for a while last night, server busy or something.

You need cookies enabled or it'll give you all sorts of errors.

If you don't, here's a DIRECT link to the forums page, since the site will be unusable since the CSS controls practically everything and relies on cookies.
Direct link to the forum- Not recommended unless CSS 'aint displaying colours and whatnot
