Command and Conquer is an amazing game created by EA games. It is similar to RaC and is VERY, VERY addicting. It has online mode in most of it's newer games.
I've made a subsection specifically for generals because it's the only 3D one, and for that the only one worth playing in my opinion apart from Renegade which is a FPS not a RTS.
