| No competition without an Administrators permission
No rulebreaking competitions (who can swear the most, etc)
No fake rewards.
Competitions MUST be judged fairly.
Erm, no excluding anybody from a contest unless you have a good reason. Being their enemy isn't a good reason. Suggest rules on this thread.

| Both. You can hold a competition about anything within reason. You just need an admin to post on it verifying it, you do however need to make sure a forum admin WILL verify it BEFORE you post it, if another forum mod mod or admin notices it before they do, then they'll more it to spam and if you have lots of threads moved to spam you may get a warning reminder or ban.
